Experienced Service Advisor

What You Will Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for service customers from write-up to vehicle delivery
• Accurately document customer concerns and recommend needed maintenance and repairs
• Communicate clearly with technicians to ensure timely and quality service
• Present estimates, explain services, and gain customer approval
• Maintain high CSI scores through outstanding customer service
• Follow dealership and manufacturer processes to ensure efficiency and compliance

What You’ll Bring

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Solid computer skills and experience with dealership DMS systems
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

The estimated annual earning range for this position is $64,500.00 to $161,800.00.

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commissions on Individual Sales, and Individual Gross Profit, and/or bonus opportunities such as Individual Manufacturer Approvability, Customer Pay Labor per RO, and Flat Rate Hours.
