Service Advisor

What You’ll Do

• Greet customers and provide an exceptional service experience from start to finish


• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues


• Recommend maintenance and repairs based on customer needs and manufacturer guidelines


• Communicate effectively with technicians and keep customers updated


• Ensure timely completion of work and deliver vehicles with care


• Build long-term relationships to drive repeat business and referrals

What We’re Looking For

• Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred (but open to strong customer service backgrounds)


• Strong communication and sales skills


• Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment


• Professional appearance and positive attitude


• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and provide a professional, friendly experience


• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document service needs


• Recommend maintenance and repairs using dealership and manufacturer guidelines


• Communicate clearly with technicians regarding vehicle status


• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process


• Ensure timely vehicle delivery and complete satisfaction


• Build long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business

Qualifications

• Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred (not required for strong candidates with customer service or sales backgrounds)


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment


• Team-oriented with a positive attitude


• Valid driver’s license required
