Job Description - Service Advisor




Join the team at Thunderhead Harley-Davidson as a Service Advisor in Kodak, TN!


In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking service for their Harley-Davidson motorcycles.


You will ensure an exceptional customer experience by understanding their needs, coordinating with the service team, and managing service appointments efficiently.


Responsibilities:



  • Greet customers promptly and courteously, providing professional service and advice.

  • Schedule and manage service appointments ensuring timely communication between customers and service technicians.

  • Explain service recommendations and estimates clearly to customers.

  • Coordinate with the parts department to ensure availability of necessary components for repairs and maintenance.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, services provided, and follow-up actions.

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any service-related issues to ensure satisfaction.

  • Promote additional services and products that benefit the customer and enhance their riding experience.


Requirements:



  • Previous experience in automotive or motorcycle service advising, customer service, or related field preferred.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of Harley-Davidson motorcycles and parts is a plus.

  • Proficient with computer systems and scheduling software.

  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated to provide exceptional customer service.
