Service Advisor

Wilson Ford Lincoln is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team in Saginaw, MI. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, helping them understand their vehicle service needs, providing clear and accurate estimates, and ensuring a seamless service experience. Your excellent communication skills and attention to detail will help foster strong relationships with our customers and support the overall success of our service department.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally as they arrive for service appointments


• Listen to customers’ vehicle concerns and accurately document issues


• Provide estimates and explain recommended services and repairs clearly


• Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely and efficient repairs


• Update customers on the status of their vehicle service throughout the process


• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, services performed, and parts used


• Ensure a positive customer experience by addressing concerns and questions promptly

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or related role in an automotive service environment preferred


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks


• Basic knowledge of automotive systems and repairs is a plus


• Proficiency with computer systems and service management software


• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications are a bonus
