Service Advisor

Dixie Buick GMC is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team in Fort Myers, FL. As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support throughout their vehicle maintenance and repair experience. You will work closely with our service technicians and management to coordinate service schedules, provide accurate job estimates, and maintain clear communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.


• Schedule service appointments and manage service workflow.

Requirements
