Position Summary
We’re looking for a Service Advisor to join our growing service team. In this role, you'll be the key point of contact for customers during the service process, ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and top-tier customer care. This is a full-time opportunity offering competitive earnings with commission and benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  

  Welcome customers and assess service needs in a professional and friendly manner

  
  


• 
  

  Collect and verify vehicle and customer information

  
  


• 
  

  Document customer concerns and communicate them clearly to technicians

  
  


• 
  

  Recommend maintenance based on vehicle age, mileage, and service history

  
  


• 
  

  Create accurate cost estimates for labor and parts

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate loaner vehicles and insurance documentation when applicable

  
  


• 
  

  Provide regular updates to customers throughout the repair process

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure repair orders are completed accurately and match final invoices

  
  


• 
  

  Review completed work with the customer and explain charges

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with customers and team members

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  At least 1 year of experience in an automotive service department

  
  


• 
  

  Strong customer service and communication skills

  
  


• 
  

  Previous Ford dealership experience is a plus

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

  
  


• 
  

  Basic computer skills and willingness to learn dealership software

  
  


• 
  

  High school diploma or equivalent

  
  


• 
  

  Must be able to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
