Responsibilities

  Greet customers and provide an outstanding service experience from write-up through vehicle delivery

  
  


• 
  

  Listen to customer concerns and accurately document repair and maintenance needs

  
  


• 
  

  Review technician inspections and effectively present recommended maintenance and repairs

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain consistent communication with customers regarding vehicle status, recommendations, pricing, and completion times

  
  


• 
  

  Build long-term customer relationships and promote customer retention

  
  


• 
  

  Work closely with technicians, parts personnel, and service management to keep repairs moving efficiently

  
  


• 
  

  Follow up on declined services and future maintenance opportunities

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain high levels of CSI and customer satisfaction

  
  


• 
  

  Meet or exceed department goals for sales, gross profit, customer retention, and productivity

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  Previous automotive Service Advisor experience required

  
  


• 
  

  Strong sales and customer service skills

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent communication and organizational skills

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to confidently present maintenance and repair recommendations

  
  


• 
  

  Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume service department

  
  


• 
  

  Strong follow-up and time-management skills

  
  


• 
  

  Professional appearance and attitude

  Valid driver's license

  
  


• 
  

  Dealership management system experience preferred
