Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and helping our community keep their vehicles running safely? At Nissan of Elk Grove, that’s exactly our mission and we are seeking to add a customer focused, integral, and problem-solving Service Advisor to the team!

 Compensation and Benefits:
Compensation: Our Service Advisors are paid an estimated annual income of $75,000-$125,000 through a base plus performance-based commission. Actual earnings will vary based on experience, productivity, customer satisfaction, and individual performance.
Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, and supplemental insurance options. We also offer 401k retirement plans with annual company contributions, paid vacation and holidays, and company paid life insurance.

What we’re looking for:
As a Service Advisor, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact between our customers and the service department. You’ll help create outstanding ownership experiences for our customers while building long-term relationships, and understanding their vehicle needs. The right individual should have:

• Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience (preferred but not mandatory)


• Strong customer service and communication skills


• Ability to build rapport and establish trust


• Excellent organizational and time-management skills


• Basic computer proficiency


• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record as required for the position to handle


• company and customer vehicles


• Professional appearance and attitude

What you’ll do:
Being the first point of contact for our service customers, being able to understand and communicate their vehicle concerns is key and with that, assisting with their needs is the number one priority. To do that, your responsibilities are as follows:

• Greet customers professionally and promptly


• Listen to concerns and accurately document repair needs


• Prepare repair orders and service estimates


• Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle inspections and manufacturer recommendations


• Communicate repair progress and updates throughout the service


• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs


• Review completed repairs and invoices with customers


• Maintain accurate documentation and service records
