About the Position


As a Service Advisor – Warranty & Customer Pay, you will serve as the primary point of coordination between service operations, warranty providers, and internal teams. This role is focused on accurately writing repair orders, determining warranty eligibility, managing customer-pay repairs, and ensuring approvals are obtained efficiently. Your attention to detail and communication skills will help control costs, maintain compliance, and keep vehicles moving through the service process smoothly.


By ensuring repairs are properly documented and approved, you play a key role in delivering quality vehicles and supporting HoneyCar’s promise of The Sweetest Way To Buy or Sell Your Car™. HoneyCar’s streamlined processes, transparent pricing, and daily onsite training set you up for success in this role.

Qualifications



  • Prior automotive parts or service experience required

  • Have an enthusiastic attitude with high energy throughout the workday

  • Be a great communicator with team members

  • Persistent, competitive and have a good work ethic


  • Entrepreneurial and ambitious spirit 




  • Clean driving record and valid driver’s license




  • High School Diploma or equivalent, required




Schedule



  • Full-time position

  • Monday–Friday schedule (with occasional flexibility based on business needs)

  • Daytime hours in a fast-paced service environment
