Opportunity and position information: Store Assistant Manager needed! We are looking for an excellent Service Advisers/Assistant Manager to join our Team to help grow our successful company. Currently we are looking for people that have a positive attitude and the ability to always say yes to join our Award Winning Team! We are looking for:

Abilities preferred but not limited to:

-Able use various software platforms/Napa tracs/Autovitals work flow/Google sheets and Docs/various spread sheets

-Possessing a high level of customer care and related service satisfaction

-Help to Manage up to 10 employees

-Willing to work to Advance to Manager

-Ability to multi-task

-Ability to always say yes

-High energy and goal driven

-Schedule future maintenance sessions and advise motorists on good vehicle use

-Maintain equipment and showroom in good condition

-Proven experience as automotive service advisor and or manager

-Excellent knowledge of customer relations and customer satisfaction

-Working knowledge of vehicles

-Ability manage phones/customers/and software

-Willingness to observe all safety precautions for protections against accidents, dangerous fluids, chemicals, etc Pay increases with performance.
