Service & Inspection Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Service & Inspection Sales Representative to join our growing team in Charlston, South Carolina.  This position is responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our fire protection service and inspection offerings.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong sales abilities, excellent relationship-building skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new service and inspection sales through networking, cold calling, referrals, and industry events.


• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline within the assigned territory.


• Meet with customers to access needs and recommend service and inspection solutions.


• Prepare proposals, quotes, and contracts.


• Maintain accurate sales activity, forecasts, and customer information in CRM software.


• Collaborate with operations and other departments to ensure successful project execution.


• Represent the company at industry events, pre-bid meetings, and customer site visits.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of sales experience required; fire protection industry experience preferred.


• Strong relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills.


• Knowledge of business development.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.


• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.


• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
