Service Appointment Coordinator

Smith Haven Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram is seeking a BDC Service Scheduler / Service Appointment Coordinator We are a very busy dealership with plenty of earning opportunity! BDC/Receptionist Experience a Plus but not necessary, we will pay to train!

Monday - Friday 9am-5pm Schedule! Weekends off!

***This is a commission based job***

An employee in this position will earn a base weekly salary plus commission!

Responsible for:

• Logging potential customer information into computer system
• Setting service appointments with existing and potential customers
• Fielding phone call and email inquiries coming into the dealership
• Following up with customers after visiting the dealership
• Work closely with sale and service departments to create a pleasant customer experience
