Service Assistant

We are seeking a Service Assistant who is professional, organized, and passionate about delivering exceptional support to both our guests and service team.

The Service Assistant plays an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Service Department by assisting Service Advisors, communicating with guests, coordinating vehicle flow, and helping ensure a smooth and efficient service experience from arrival to delivery.

What You Will Do

• Greet guests in a professional and welcoming manner upon arrival to the Service Department


• Support Service Advisors with administrative and operational tasks throughout the day


• Assist with checking vehicles in and updating guest information accurately


• Coordinate vehicle movement and communicate status updates as needed


• Help maintain organization of repair orders, keys, and service documentation


• Communicate with guests regarding basic service updates, appointment confirmations, and follow-up needs


• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and guest-focused service drive environment


• Support scheduling activities and help ensure timely guest assistance


• Work collaboratively with Service, Parts, and Sales teams to support dealership operations


• Uphold company standards for professionalism, guest service, and attention to detail

What We Are Looking For

• Prior customer service, administrative, hospitality, or dealership experience preferred


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment


• Professional appearance and positive attitude


• Comfortable using computers, tablets, and dealership software systems


• Strong attention to detail and follow-through


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 / hour
