At Dondelinger Ford, we're looking to add a Service Assistant to our service department! Pay for this position is $15 per hour, apply today! We are interested in individuals who have a strong customer service background; no previous automotive experience is required.

Responsibilities

Assisst service department team throughout service process; verifying VINs, moving vehicles as needed, verifying service ticklets/orders, etc.
Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.
Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
Assist in communication with insurance companies for service work

Organized and friendly personality
Fantastic communication skills with your customers
Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
Team oriented and self-motivated
Able to work with little supervision
Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
