Service Cashier

Job Summary

We are looking for a Service Cashier to join our growing team!

Responsibilities

• Greets customers at the cashier desk in a pleasant and professional manner.


• Receives cash, checks and credit card payments from customers; records amount received.


• Makes change and issues receipts to customers.


• Assist customers with Shuttle rides and Courtesy loaners.


• Reconciles cash drawer daily.


• Maintains and files repair orders, parts invoices, rental forms; lists missing documents.


• Closes all open invoices.


• Assists service and parts department with telephone coverage.


• Provides some clerical for the service department.


• Maintains a professional appearance.


• Keeps work area neat and clean.


• Performs other duties as assigned.


• Other duties as assigned.

Compensation:

This is an hourly position, with occasional overtime.  Base pay is $17.50 per hour.

Schedule: 

This position has a schedule of Monday-Friday, with a rotation of Saturday hours.

Qualifications

• Previous cashier experience and customer service experience.


• CDK experience preferred


• Valid driver's license


• Willing to adhere to a background check.


• Authorized to work in the United States.
