Service Cashier/Receptionist

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Service Cashier / Receptionist to join our team. This is a customer-facing role where you help create a smooth, welcoming service experience from start to finish.

Pay & Schedule

• Starting at $16.50/hour + appointment bonus potential
• Full-time schedule (8+ hour shifts)
• Saturdays required

What You’ll Do

• Greet customers with a positive, upbeat attitude
• Answer and route incoming calls
• Process service repair orders and payments accurately
• Follow up with customers after service visits
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and waiting area
• Support service advisors and leadership with admin tasks

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Positive, professional, and dependable
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer skills; cash handling experience preferred
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
