We’re looking for a Service Coordinator for our Wisconsin team who thrives on multitasking, problem-solving, and supporting a fast-paced field team. If you love organization, enjoy talking with customers, and take pride in helping things run like clockwork, this could be the perfect fit.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate daily schedules for our service technicians and communicate updates to customers.
• Input and organize service tickets — making sure every detail is accurate.
• Be the friendly voice customers call for scheduling and billing questions.
• Order parts, PVC, and hardware needed for service jobs.
• Support warehouse organization and keep tools and equipment in order.
• Help manage winter cover logistics and repairs.
• Work closely with our service and renovation teams to keep projects on track.
• Jump in where needed — no two days are exactly the same!

 What You Bring

• 2+ years of customer service experience in a hands-on industry like plumbing, HVAC, repair, or pools/spas.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills — you love checking things off your list.
• Solid computer skills (especially Microsoft Office).
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with ease.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift and move up to 25 lbs as needed.
• Comfortable with bending, reaching, and organizing materials in the warehouse.
