Are you an experienced human services professional who enjoys building meaningful relationships, solving complex problems, and helping people achieve long-term stability?
Upper Valley Haven is seeking a Service Coordinator to join our supportive housing team. This is a rare opportunity to work with a focused caseload of 15 households living in our A Way Home Permanent Supportive Housing program in White River Junction, Vermont. The opening results from an internal promotion, reflecting the growth opportunities available within our organization.
Working alongside a fellow Service Coordinator and under the supervision of a Licensed Clinician, you will help individuals and families maintain stable housing, pursue personal goals, and access the services and resources they need to thrive. Unlike many case management positions, this role is not constrained by billing requirements, allowing staff to work creatively, flexibly, and responsively to meet tenants' needs.
