You will drive value, maximize engagement, and achieve measurable performance improvement results. You will interpret, prioritize, and deliver advanced clinical, operational, and utilization insights such as quality and accountability study, capacity and throughput, quality of care delivery, and cost per patient day. You will support performance improvement strategies for provider organizations and solve problems in order to increase Vizient engagement. You will advise provider strategic leadership in performance improvement solutions for assigned facilities.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n * Maximize provider participation in Vizient operations and quality solutions to provide enhanced value and deliver performance improvement.\n * Recommend analytic capabilities and service solutions that align with provider\u0027s strategic aspirations.\n * Support revenue generation through provider retention and identification of additional service and subscription opportunities.\n * Leverage insights from operations and quality analytics to drive adoption of Vizient solutions, maintaining and building an opportunity pipeline for recommending analytics and solutions.\n * Partner with providers and internal stakeholders to create, execute, achieve, and sustain improvement plans by influencing critical success factors including culture, leadership characteristics, physician alignment, and organizational structure.\n * Prioritize system and individual hospital opportunities from clinical, operational, and supply analytics that are aligned with Vizient solutions, offer recommendations and influence participation.\n * Collaborate with internal product advisor and data teams to ensure provider data integrity.\n * Develop and execute action plans designed to influence provider engagement, and maintain and improve satisfaction scores.\n\n\n\nQualifications: \n\n * Relevant degree preferred. Master\u2019s degree desired.\n * 7 or more years of relevant experience in a healthcare quality and performance improvement role required.\n * Experience with operational data and quality improvement required.\n * Knowledge and experience with length of stay, productivity of staff, overtime preferred.\n * Certified Professional Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) preferred.\n * Performance improvement leadership experience preferred.\n * Experience presenting to hospital providers\u2019 C-suite desired\n * Maximize provider participation in Vizient operations and quality solutions to provide enhanced value and deliver performance improvement.\n * Recommend analytic capabilities and service solutions that align with provider\u0027s strategic aspirations.\n * Support revenue generation through provider retention and identification of additional service and subscription opportunities.\n * Leverage insights from operations and quality analytics to drive adoption of Vizient solutions, maintaining and building an opportunity pipeline for recommending analytics and solutions.\n * Partner with providers and internal stakeholders to create, execute, achieve, and sustain improvement plans by influencing critical success factors including culture, leadership characteristics, physician alignment, and organizational structure.\n * Prioritize system and individual hospital opportunities from clinical, operational, and supply analytics that are aligned with Vizient solutions, offer recommendations and influence participation.\n * Collaborate with internal product advisor and data teams to ensure provider data integrity.\n * Develop and execute action plans designed to influence provider engagement, and maintain and improve satisfaction scores.\n * th and interpreting various types of data including clinical, operational, and supply chain desired.\n * Clinical background in an acute care setting preferred.\n * Project management experience desired\n * Willingness to travel.\n\n\n\nEstimated Hiring Range:\n\nAt Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $117,600.00 to $206,000.00.\n\nThis position is also incentive eligible.\n\nVizient has a comprehensive benefits plan!
