Service Department BDC

Pierre Ford & Lincoln of Lynnwood is seeking a highly motivated BDC Representative to supplement our Service Department. A Business Development Center Representative is responsible of processing inbound and outbound service appointment scheduling. This position requires an independent self-starting individual who can also deliver excellent customer service. Ability to embrace technology is also a must. Dealership experience it not required, as entry level training is available. You must be a self-starter!

We operate Monday through Friday. Compensation consists of hourly wage plus a Qualifying monthly Customer Satisfaction Bonus.

Processes inbound service scheduling including online, owner portals, AI scheduler, & phone

Coordinates & schedules pick up and deliveries

Performs routine conquest outbound campaigns & tracks results

Maintains all company and factory compliance & training

Performs routine cashier duties

Maintains a professional appearance and workplace environment

Maintains strong customer satisfaction

May be assigned other duties by management team

Pay: $28.00 Per hour plus $500 CSI Bonus
