Service Department BDC Associate

We are currently seeking outgoing and energetic Service Business Development Center (BDC) Associates. We are looking for individuals with experience, but we are always willing to train the right person. If you have strong customer service skills, a willingness to learn and enjoy helping people – we want to meet you! Candidates must be well-spoken and have excellent telephone skills.

Service BDC Associates work with our Service Managers and Service Advisors to set, confirm, and follow up on all appointments and visits to our Service Centers.

PREVIOUS OR CURRENT DEALERSHIP BDC EXPERIENCE IS STRONGLY PREFERRED.
