Pick up & Delivery Specialist

We're looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Service Department

Concierge to join our team 

Position Responsibilities:

• Pick up & deliver customer vehicles safely and professionally  


• Provide an exceptional customer experience from pick up through delivery 


• Coordinate vehicle pick-up and drop off times with customers and the Service Department.


• Complete vehicle walk- around and document vehicle condition when required


• Communicate professionally with customers regarding arrival times and service updates   


• Maintain a clean, organized and professional appearance 


• Assist the Service Department with other customer focused duties as needed   

We're Looking For Someone Who:

• Has a valid drivers license and clean driving record 


• is dependable, punctual and organized


• Has excellent customer service and communication skills


• Is comfortable driving a variety of vehicles


• Can work independently and manage a daily schedule


• Takes pride i representing our dealership professionally
