Job Description - Service Department Coordinator

Description

Staco is a manufacturer of electrical products. This position is responsible for scheduling and quoting services (repairs, replacements, preventive maintenance) within the Service department.  It will involve frequent contact with customers, Authorized Service Providers (ASP’s) and the outside sales team. They will be responsible with respect to coordinating and delivering services to our customer base.    


Requirements

The position requires a highly organized individual capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism, courtesy and tact. They must be proactive individual who can work independently. Strong oral and written communication skills are required. They must possess good problem-solving skills and be very detailed in their work to ensure accuracy.
