JOB SUMMARY

We are currently seeking a Service Business Development Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming service department calls


• Schedule appointments


• Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner


• Provide basic information to callers who have general inquires


• Assist the Service Manager with various clerical duties as needed


• Contact customers for Customer Satisfaction responses


• Handle customers with integrity and poise and refer incoming calls to the appropriate individual for further assistance

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organizational skills


• Experience using Microsoft Office suite


• Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors and employees while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
