Overview

Weeks Drilling & Pump Co. is hiring a Service Dispatcher & Inside Sales to coordinate daily operations, support customers, and keep our field technicians running efficiently.

This is a fast-paced, high-volume role with long, active workdays. You’ll be making real-time decisions, managing schedules, and handling multiple priorities throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming service calls and determine urgency


• Schedule and dispatch technicians based on priority and location


• Communicate updates between customers and field staff


• Create work orders, jobs, and estimates


• Assist customers with troubleshooting and service questions


• Support inside sales (pumps and water treatment services)


• Coordinate well testing with customers, agents, and labs


• Maintain accurate records and documentation

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)


• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills


• Excellent communication and customer service abilities


• Highly organized with strong attention to detail


• Ability to think quickly and solve problems


• Dispatching or service coordination experience required


• Experience with SAGE 100 Contractor is a plus

Schedule & Work Environment

• Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM


• Long, busy days with a steady workload


• Fast-paced, high-volume office environment


• Frequent phone and computer use


• Occasional after-hours on-call rotation (for experienced team members)
