Service Drive Coordinator-Mercedes Benz of Burlington

Mercedes Benz of Burlington, part of the Lyon-Waugh Auto Group, is searching for an energetic, goal-orientated, leader to fill our Service Drive Coordinator role. Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:30am-3:30pm

Pay Rate: $25/hr.

What you will do:

• Maintain customer service drive 
• Asist with the check in/out process of vehicles
• Maintain & stock service area
• Assist in the organization and maintenance of the vehicle lot
• Coordinate with the Business Development team for vehicle pick ups
• Oversee loaner vehicle inventory & maintenance of the loaner vehicles
• Assist service manager in the supervision and training of valets 
• Any other tasks assigned by the management team

• Minimum 18 years old
• Valid driver's license in good standings with a clean driving record 

Our Ideal Candidate will also possess: 

• Minimum 1-year automotive experience 
• Supervisor experience a plus
• Demonstrate professionalism, collaboration and a positive attitude in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors
• Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently 
• Ability to drive a standard a plus 
• Ability to train and lead employees in a positive and professional manner 
• Ability to pass all pre-employment screenings
