Classic Toyota of Henderson is looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Service Guest Greeter to be the first point of contact for our valued service customers. If you enjoy helping people, have a positive attitude, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you!
Welcome every customer with a warm, professional greeting.
Direct customers to the appropriate Service Advisor.
Assist with customer check-in and answer general questions.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service reception area.
Communicate with the service team to help provide a seamless customer experience.
Assist with light administrative duties as needed.
Support the service department in delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
Dependable with strong attention to detail.
Basic computer skills are a plus.
Previous customer service or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
