Full-Time | Automotive Service Department

We are looking for a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Service Lane Porter / Inspector to join our Service Department.

This position plays an important role in the customer experience by helping the Service Advisors during the vehicle check-in process, completing basic vehicle inspections, and keeping the service drive and parking areas organized and moving efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist Service Advisors with the vehicle check-in and write-up process
- Help complete the initial inspection of customer vehicles
- Perform basic visual inspections of vehicles for existing damage, tire condition, lights, warning indicators, and other visible concerns
- Safely park and move customer vehicles throughout the dealership and service lot
- Help manage the flow of vehicles coming into and leaving the Service Department
- Retrieve customer vehicles and bring them to the Service Drive for pickup
- Assist with customer vehicle deliveries when needed
- Maintain an organized Service Drive and surrounding areas
- Follow all dealership safety procedures and vehicle-handling policies
- Provide a professional and courteous experience for every customer
- Assist Service Advisors and Management with daily Service Department needs
- Perform other Service Department duties as needed

- Ability to safely operate and move a variety of vehicles
- Basic knowledge of automobiles is preferred, but not required
- Previous dealership or automotive experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person
