Service Lot Attendant/Porter

Job Description

McFarland Ford Sales Inc. is looking for a responsible, organized and motivated driver to join our team. In this role, you'll move cars from the service drive to designated parking spots, perform post repair quality control road tests, and provide shuttle rides for service customers. We are seeking someone with a proven track record of safe, skillful driving. If you enjoy working in a fast paced environment with great people this is the role for you!

This is a Monday-Friday role with no weekends.

Job Objectives

• Keep traffic flowing through the drive


• Ensure front and rear lots are organized at all times


• Assist technicians and advisors with post repair road tests ensuring high quality delivery to customer


• Provide safe and friendly transportation to service customers when needed


• Comply with all traffic laws and company safety regulations 


• Maintain a clean and welcoming appearance


• Represent our company and our values during interactions with our customers

Skills and Qualifications

• Valid driver's license


• Clean driving record for at least five years


• Strong commitment to safety


• Good communication and interpersonal skills


• 40 hours per week


• Job Type: Full-time


• Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug test
