We are seeking a Service Manager to lead and grow our high-volume Service Department while maintaining operational excellence, profitability, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Establish and forecast departmental goals and objectives
- Hire, train, coach, and evaluate service department personnel
- Prepare, manage, and administer the annual Service Department operating budget
- Oversee inventory levels and ensure alignment with departmental needs
- Develop pricing strategies that maximize profitability while enhancing customer loyalty
- Monitor inventory performance and make adjustments as needed
- Ensure parts and materials are properly tagged and organized
- Supervise stock ordering procedures and special-order policies
- Analyze monthly financial and operational reports to maintain and improve profitability
- Collaborate closely with Parts and Body Shop leadership to ensure timely repair turnaround
- Provide technical guidance and operational support when needed
- Create and track key performance reports, including productivity and lost sales
- Oversee counter and outside sales efforts where applicable
- Develop and enforce customer service standards to ensure maximum satisfaction
- Enforce safety policies and maintain a professional department appearance
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of automotive Service Management experience
- Strong automotive technical knowledge
- Proven leadership and team-management skills
- Computer-literate with experience using dealership management systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds as needed
