We are seeking a bright and reliable Service Receptionist to join our busy dealership team in Jamaica, NY. As the initial point of contact, you play a crucial role in setting a positive tone for everyone who calls or walks through our doors. What You'll Do:

  Greet customers and visitors with a warm, professional, and engaging demeanor.

  Answer a multi-line phone system promptly and courteously, directing calls accurately.

  Manage the flow of customers, connecting them with the appropriate sales or service staff.

  Assist with basic administrative tasks (e.g., light data entry, filing, managing mail).

  Maintain a tidy, organized, and welcoming reception area.

  Provide general information to callers and visitors.

  Support various departments with administrative needs as requested.
