Bring your customer service experience to this professional role supporting our service team as a Service Receptionist at Dahl Honda in Stevens Point.  You will help schedule service appointments, follow up with service guests and assist the advisors and service manager with a variety of customer service and administrative related tasks.  

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with service appointments.


• Assist with scheduling service appointments.


• Follow up with service guests that do not show up for their appointments, and to provide updates to guests on their vehicle service.


• Assist advisors and service manager with other customer service and administrative related duties.


• Utilize online system daily.

Qualifications

• At least one previous role based in customer service experience


• Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve


• Prompt and courteous demeanor


• Positive and hardworking personality


• Strong computer skills


• Ability to stay on task and work independently
