Position Summary:
The Service Sales Estimator will sell to new and existing clients and schedule sales appointments via generated leads.? This position will estimate the roofing service needs of clients; by site inspection, to produce a scope of work, pricing for materials and labor and a written proposal. This position will report to the Service Manager. 

Key Responsibilities:

· Set sales appointments with key decision makers at prospective client companies. 

· Establish rapport and developing long-term business relationships with clients. 

· Make sales presentations and partner with clients to establish their needs. 

· Present clients with the most appropriate solutions. 

· Create proposals and reports for clients or generate estimates from blueprint drawings, specifications, field notes, drawings, and inspections depending on client needs. 

· Submit all contacts and documentation in a timely manner; maintain sales call logs. 

· Follow up with clients on a periodic basis to ensure that their expectations are being met and to get referrals.

Qualifications:

· High School diploma 

· 3+ years of experience in commercial roofing sales or 10+ years field experience. 

· MS Office, and MS Project experience. 

· Previous estimating experience helpful.  

· Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
