Service Team Member

While some prior food service experience is a plus, we highly value dependability, a friendly upbeat and fun personality, with the ability to multi-task with our team members.

Requirements:

• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to obtain a food handlers card
• Physical role, pushing, pulling, bending twisting, and kneeling

Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly service to all guests.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and understands the importance of Teamwork
• Process guest orders accurately through a point-of-sales system (POS register) count money, make change, and process credit card transactions. 
• Maintain food safety standards. 
• Maintain sanitation standards for cleaning and sanitizing. 
• Understand and explain menu offerings to guests and be able to answer questions about the food.
• Provide guest service when problems arise and assist with solutions.
• Able to communicate properly with teammates and managers 
• Demonstrate good judgement and decision-making skills
