Job Title: Service Technician – Windows & Doors

Department: Field Service - Operations

Shift: Monday- Friday, 8am-5pm (Shifts may vary)

We’re looking for a skilled Service Technician to join our service team! If you have experience in finish carpentry, remodeling, or window and door installation, and you take pride in quality craftsmanship and customer service, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair window and door issues


• Perform on-site evaluations and service calls


• Deliver high-quality installation, repairs, and customer service


• Travel to residential sites and interact professionally with homeowners

Requirements:

• Experience in carpentry, service tech work, or window/door installation


• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills


• Able to lift, stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions


• Valid NYS Driver’s License with a clean record

Preferred:

• Ability to complete window/door installs from start to finish


• Familiarity with building codes and safety standards
