Responsibilities

• 
  

  Perform work specified on repair orders efficiently and accurately

  
  


• 
  

  Test-drive vehicles and diagnose issues using the latest diagnostic tools and service equipment

  
  


• 
  

  Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems including engines, transmissions, brakes, steering, suspension, electrical, and A/C

  
  


• 
  

  Communicate with Service Advisors about recommended additional work and repair timelines

  
  


• 
  

  Complete warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  2+ years of Service Technician experience (preferred)

  
  


• 
  

  Ford Certification preferred

  
  


• 
  

  B-level qualifications, including diagnostics, electrical, and engine repair

  
  


• 
  

  Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills with ability to use diagnostic equipment

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent customer service and teamwork skills

  
  


• 
  

  Positive attitude with eagerness to learn and grow

  
  


• 
  

  High school diploma or equivalent

  
  


• 
  

  Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
