Service Technician - B2B

What The Position is About:

• Perform leak investigations, repairs, and maintenance on commercial roofing systems
• Respond on-site within 48-72 hours of leak notification from the Service Manager
• Complete detailed, accurate work orders and service documentation
• Communicate job status and findings clearly to the Service Manager
• Operate safely and in compliance with all OSHA and company safety standards
• Maintain and care for company-issued truck, tools, and equipment
• Support other technicians and field crews as needed

The Right Candidate Will Have:

• 3+ years of commercial roofing field experience is preferred
• Demonstrated proficiency in single-ply roofing systems, Built-Up Roofing systems, and metal roof systems
• The ability to work safely at heights and in varying weather conditions
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills in the field
