Service Technician (Mainline Technician)

Groove Subaru is looking for an experienced Automotive Service Technician (Mainline Technician) to join our growing Service Department. Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns.
• Perform engine, transmission, suspension, steering, brake, and HVAC repairs.
• Complete manufacturer-recommended maintenance services.
• Perform accurate diagnostics using Subaru diagnostic equipment and repair procedures.
• Maintain detailed repair orders and documentation.
• Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections.
• Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
• Follow all safety procedures and dealership policies.
• Collaborate with Service Advisors and fellow technicians to provide an exceptional customer experience.

• Previous automotive technician experience required.
• Subaru experience is preferred but not required.
• ASE certifications are a plus.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Own a complete set of professional tools.
