Service Technician | Paid Training | Company Vehicle | $70K-$85K First Year

Do you enjoy fixing things, solving problems, and working with your hands? Ready to build a long-term career?

If you're mechanically inclined, enjoy troubleshooting equipment, and take pride in finding solutions, Auto-Chlor wants to meet you.

This isn't residential service.

This isn't HVAC.

This isn't another technician job.

This is an opportunity to build a long-term career with a company that promotes from within, invests in its employees, and gives you the independence to solve problems while making a real impact for your customers every day.

As a Service Technician, you'll become the face of Auto-Chlor for your assigned customers. You'll service commercial dishwashing equipment, troubleshoot mechanical issues, deliver products, and help restaurants keep their kitchens running efficiently. Every day brings new challenges, allowing you to combine your mechanical skills with exceptional customer service while working independently throughout your route.

You'll work a consistent Monday-Friday schedule from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, giving you a predictable workweek while enjoying a career that's hands-on and rewarding. Once you've completed training, you'll participate in a rotating on-call schedule alongside your teammates, providing outstanding service when customers need it most.

We provide paid training, a company vehicle, industry-leading benefits, and a clear path for career advancement. Many of our branch leaders started in field service roles because we believe in promoting from within. If you're looking for a company where you can continue developing your technical skills while growing your career, you'll find that opportunity here.

Who Thrives Here?

The most successful people in this role enjoy diagnosing problems, thinking critically, and finding practical solutions. They're dependable, self-motivated, comfortable working independently, and take pride in delivering an outstanding customer experience. They enjoy working with their hands, solving mechanical issues, and building relationships with customers who rely on them every day.

Whether your background is in equipment installation, appliance repair, facilities maintenance, industrial maintenance, restoration, automotive repair, construction, HVAC, plumbing, or another mechanically inclined trade, we'd love to meet you.
