Service Technician | Tire Mount and Dismount

Key Responsibilities

• 
  

  Mount, dismount, balance, and repair tires for a variety of commercial vehicles, including semi-trucks, trailers, and fleet vehicles.

  
  


• 
  

  Inspect tires, wheels, and valve stems for damage, defects, or excessive wear.

  
  


• 
  

  Safely operate tire-changing and balancing equipment, air tools, and lifts.

  
  


• 
  

  Perform flat repairs and ensure all work meets company and industry safety standards.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient shop workspace.

  
  


• 
  

  Follow all safety procedures and use proper personal protective equipment (PPE).

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with inventory management, including stocking and organizing tires, supplies, and parts.

  
  


• 
  

  Provide excellent service and support to drivers, technicians, and customers as needed.

  
  


• 
  

  Participate in ongoing training and skill development to stay current with tools, equipment, and best practices.

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  High school diploma or GED required.

  
  


• 
  

  Previous experience in tire mounting or shop maintenance preferred but not required (training provided).

  
  


• 
  

  Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical labor in a fast-paced environment.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.

  
  


• 
  

  Must pass a background check and drug screen.

  
  


• 
  

  Valid driver’s license preferred.
