Role Responsibilities:

• Diagnostics & Repairs: Diagnose vehicle concerns and determine appropriate repairs with support from the service team.


• Repairs & Replacements: Repair and replace vehicle systems including brakes, suspension, steering, HVAC, and other mechanical components per manufacturer guidelines.


• Quality Checks & Road Tests: Perform inspections and road tests to ensure repairs meet the manufacturers, the company, and the customer standards.


• Routine Maintenance: Complete preventative maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, fluid services, and inspections.


• Training & Development: Participate in factory and in‑house training to maintain and expand technical skills.

Employee Prerequisites:

• Automotive technician experience required


• Personal tools required (compensation based on experience and certifications)


• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and safety procedures


• Flexible availability


• Commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment
