Helms Bros Mercedes-Benz is currently looking for a Valet to join their growing team!

The ideal candidate for all positions must be energetic, punctual, self-motivated and a team player. All candidates must have a valid driver’s license.

Service Valet

  The Valet works on the service drive and assist our clients to ensure we are promptly taking care of them by moving cars, pulling up loaner cars, assisting clients in transferring items to or from their vehicles.

  They are a front line representative that helps in any way possible to keep the process of servicing client's vehicle moving smoothly and efficiently while representing the dealership in a professional, friendly manner at all times.

  
  

   

  
  

Essential Duties:

• 
  

  Greet clients when they drive into the service department.

  
  


• 
  

  Record client’s name, VIN, tag number, mileage, and existing vehicle damage.

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor and assist service traffic flow and parking.

  
  


• 
  

  Safely drive client and loaner vehicles into the service lot.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure clients’ vehicle is clean from their service visit before delivery.

  
  


• 
  

  Adhere to all client service processes.

  
  


• 
  

  The ability to work in a variety of weather conditions including rain and heat

  
  


• 
  

  Performs other duties as assigned. Other duties may be assigned.

  
  

Reports any safety issues immediately to management. Other duties may be assigned.
