Services Associate

This entry-level opportunity supports members at clubs, resorts, attractions, fitness or recreation properties through relationship-focused onsite service.

Guest contact is central to the job. This is an on-site hospitality role with regular face-to-face interaction with guests, visitors, clients, attendees, members, or coworkers. It is not a remote position.

Where you’ll contribute

·       Welcome members and assist with check-in or account questions

·       Explain amenities, programs, events, and membership benefits

·       Resolve routine service needs in person

·       Support member events and engagement initiatives
