Services Technician

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent combination of education and experience. A minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, other employees. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors. Ability to read, analyze, and interprets the most complex documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints.
