About the role
A New York–based multi-family office serving ultra-high-net-worth families is adding a Servicing Advisor to its team of professionals. This is a client-facing role owning day-to-day relationships and the operational service behind them.
What you'll do
- Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for assigned client relationships — fielding questions directly and managing follow-through to resolution
- Lead client onboarding end to end, and own the ongoing service of portfolios and individual and family client needs
- Develop deep familiarity with custodians' procedures and forms to execute operational items efficiently and answer related questions
- Prepare and send forms for physical or electronic delivery through DocuSign
- Maintain accurate client information across all systems and records
- Prepare and review balance sheets, allocation reports, complex budgeting, estate and trust planning summaries, performance reports, cash flow analysis, and other client reports
- Conduct due diligence and prepare memos on investment structures, account transfers, and wealth strategies
- Support tax-aware analysis and coordinate with clients' accountants and attorneys on planning matters
- Research, implement, and help coordinate wealth strategies across traditional and alternative investments
- Own client meeting preparation and follow-up, and mentor junior analysts on the same
- Help drive various projects and firm-related initiatives
- Collaborate with clients' accountants, lawyers, trustees, security personnel, fine art advisors, personal assistants, and other outside advisors
What we're looking for
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in a multi-family office, RIA, private bank, or wealth management firm, including direct client-facing responsibilities
- A track record of managing client relationships and serving as a trusted point of contact for sophisticated families and their advisors
- Comfort communicating with clients in person, by phone, and in writing — including sensitive, complex matters handled with discretion
- Ability to multitask at a high level, adapt to shifting priorities, and resolve action items independently
- Precision and clarity in a high-paced, demanding environment; ability to own and prioritize multiple client workstreams
- Sound judgment and the maturity to escalate appropriately while operating with autonomy
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and verbal/written communication
- Sensitivity to confidential and personal client matters
- Strong technology skills, including Microsoft Office (Teams, Excel)
- Experience with Salesforce, Addepar, Canoe, Adhesion, and/or DocuSign a strong plus
- Spanish speaking a plus
- BA/BS degree
