What You’ll Lead:

• Set high standards for speed, accuracy, and hospitality at the drive-thru lane
• Coach and guide team members during busy periods to maintain smooth operations
• Check orders carefully before they leave the window to ensure correctness
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and front counter staff
• Assist in training new team members to become strong contributors

Additional Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:

• Open availability including day, night, weekend, and closing shifts
• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
• Basic math skills and ability to multitask
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
