As a Set-Up CNC Technician here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to produce precision parts and components. You will ensure that all parts meet quality standards and specifications, and you will work closely with the production team to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
In this role, you will impact the production process by ensuring high-quality parts are produced efficiently and on time. Your expertise in CNC machining will help drive continuous improvement and operational excellence within our manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
Performs set-up teardown work as directed by Group Leader
Assists in analyzing and planning work load for group operations, and follows up on instructions, performance and quali Assists Group Leader in maintaining supply levels, ordering new supplies and tools as required, and completes necessary shop orders and shop records.
Typical Machines/Equipment Used
CNC/ASM Milling machines, CNC/ASM Turning machines, Related machine Tooling; ie cutters, drills, boring bars, etc, Anorad machines,
Drills, tappers, mills, turning, and Precision measuring instruments.
Working Environment:
Must be willing to work in a “work cell” environment
Machine Shop working environment

HOURLY RATE
The hourly rate of pay for this position is $36.49 per hour, not including any shift differential.
