Setup Crew - Party Rentals - SEASONAL / SUMMER JOBS

Ready to make some extra cash this summer monkeying around?  Five Little Monkeys is gearing up for our busiest (and most fun!) season, and we’re hiring awesome team members to join the crew! We’re looking for:

(i) Driver / Crew Leaders (18+ with a valid driver’s license) - starting at $17-20 per hour plus tips

(ii) Crew Members (16+) - starting at $15-17 per hour plus tips

Our season kicks off in April and runs through the summer (opportunities to work well into the Fall as well), with weekend availability required. If you’re dependable, energetic, and ready to help deliver smiles, slides, and bounce houses all summer long, we’d love to have you on the team! 

Five Little Monkeys — your local Bounce House, Water Slide & Party Rental Specialists — is a Livonia-based party crew on a mission to deliver BIG fun all season long!  We’re looking for energetic, dependable team members to join our delivery and warehouse team to help set up the fun behind the scenes — delivering, setting up, and cleaning our awesome rental equipment so every party is safe, smooth, and full of smiles.  If you’re ready to work hard, stay active, and help bring the bounce to backyards and events all over town, we’d love to have you join the monkey crew! 

Tasks and Responsibilities 

• Load up the truck with all the party essentials — bounce houses, water slides, tents, and more — and deliver the fun to families and events across our delivery area.

• Team up with a crew of 2–3 awesome teammates to safely set up and take down equipment like pros (don’t worry — we’ll train you on everything you need to know!).

• Help keep our inflatables fresh and party-ready by cleaning, drying, and prepping equipment for the next big celebration.

• Work hard, move fast, and think smart to make sure every delivery is on time and every party starts with smiles.

• Must be 16 years or older with reliable transportation to and from work. (Drivers must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.)

• A friendly, professional attitude and respect for both customers and teammates — we’re big on teamwork and good vibes only!

• Strong communication skills and the ability to think on your feet when challenges pop up (because party days can get busy!).

• Ready to stay active! You should be comfortable lifting equipment, working at a quick pace, and being outdoors in all kinds of Michigan weather.

Pay starts at $15–$20 per hour plus tips based on experience, plus opportunities for performance bonuses — because hard work deserves high-fives (and extra cash ).
