SharePoint Data Solutions Developer (Secret Cleared)-Hybrid

Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled SharePoint Data Solutions Developer with proven expertise in SharePoint development and experience with Army365. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining custom SharePoint solutions that meet organizational needs, with a strong focus on gathering requirements and engaging with customers to deliver optimal solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of SharePoint architecture, data management, and process automation, along with excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders. This position is 3 days a week remote and requires an active Secret clearance or higher.

• SharePoint Development: Design, develop, and maintain custom SharePoint solutions, including lists, libraries, workflows, and web parts to meet business requirements.
• Army365 Integration: Utilize Army365 features and capabilities to build secure and compliant SharePoint environments, ensuring seamless integration with other Army systems.
• Requirements Gathering: Engage with customers and stakeholders to understand business processes, gather requirements, and translate them into technical solutions using SharePoint.
• Data Management & Solutions Design: Develop data management strategies within SharePoint, including storage, accessibility, and security, while ensuring efficient data flow across the organization.
• Workflow Automation: Implement SharePoint workflows to automate manual processes, improving efficiency and reducing operational bottlenecks.
• Collaboration & Support: Provide technical guidance and support to users across the organization, ensuring that SharePoint solutions align with business objectives and operational goals.
• User Training & Documentation: Create user-friendly documentation and provide training on SharePoint functionalities to ensure proper usage and adoption of new solutions.
• Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of SharePoint solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and adherence to DoD standards.
• Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal teams and external clients, fostering a collaborative environment for feedback and continuous improvement of solutions.
