SharePoint Developer

Upslope Inc is looking for an experienced SharePoint Developer to support our customer onsite an NGA.  The role involves designing, developing, and implementing Microsoft SharePoint‑based applications and solutions to streamline business processes, improve customer support, and meet accessibility and security requirements  

Key Responsibilities 

• Administer, design, develop, and implement SharePoint  and SharePoint Online (SPO) solutions  

• Create and maintain complex workflows for process improvement and automation  

• Develop front‑end solutions that function across browsers, platforms, and devices, meeting Section 508 accessibility and security standards  

• Analyze, evaluate, and assess SharePoint systems; recommend optimizations and process improvements  

• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and project management to translate business requirements into technical solutions  

• Build automated business processes and sites with user‑centric design  
  
  

Required Skills & Experience 

• 11+ years of web development experience, including front‑end and back‑end SharePoint design, development, and maintenance  

• Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) to build workflows and tools in SharePoint  

• Ability to create and maintain SharePoint templates, scripts, and site designs  

• Strong understanding of accessibility, security, and compliance requirements in the Intelligence Community  
  
  

Qualifications 

• TS/SCI clearance (active) 

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience)
